1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how 4Ward Labs LLC ("4Ward Labs," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the OneMore pre-launch website at 4wardlab.com. It applies to website visitors, people who contact us, and people who request early access. It does not yet govern a released OneMore mobile application.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, feedback, and the contents of messages you send us. Our website and hosting providers may also process basic technical information such as device and browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, and website interactions.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to messages, manage early-access interest, conduct product research, improve the website and planned product, protect against misuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We may send product updates when you ask to receive them. You may opt out of promotional email at any time.

4. Health and fitness information

The current website is not intended to collect workout logs, nutrition records, medical information, or other health data. Do not send sensitive health information through the website contact or early-access forms. Before a OneMore application begins processing health or fitness information, we intend to publish an updated policy describing the data involved, its sources, permitted uses, retention, sharing, and available controls.

5. How information may be disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, communications, analytics, security, and early-access management; when required to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. We do not sell personal information. We do not use health information for targeted advertising.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website or its hosting provider may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate, secure, and measure the website. Additional analytics or marketing technologies will be described here before they are enabled where legally required. Browser settings may allow you to restrict cookies, although doing so can affect website functionality.

7. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining early-access records, responding to requests, protecting the service, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, or withdraw from early-access communications, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights and appeal options. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

9. Children

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the website, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. International visitors

If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your place of residence.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website and OneMore develop. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by other appropriate means.

12. Contact
